• Phone number — used for order and shipping notifications if provided.
• Payment information — payment card data is collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. Aeren Air Collective does not store, transmit, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or expiration date.
• Shipping address — used to fulfill and ship your orders.

We do not collect browsing data, cookies beyond what is strictly necessary for site function, or any information beyond what you provide directly during the signup and checkout process.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to operate your subscription:

• Process and fulfill orders and monthly shipments
• Send order confirmations, shipping notifications, and tracking information
• Manage your subscription, billing, and account access
• Respond to support requests or account inquiries
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for advertising, retargeting, or any purpose unrelated to your Aeren subscription.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share your data only with the third-party services required to operate:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (order confirmations, shipping notifications).

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period following cancellation for legal, tax, and operational purposes. Payment records are retained as required by applicable law.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal data (subject to any legal retention obligations)

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and is never transmitted through or stored on Aeren servers. Account access is protected by Supabase authentication.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address on file. Continued use of the service following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
