Terms & Conditions
By purchasing an Aeren Air Collective diffuser system or subscribing to our monthly scent refill service, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Subscription Service
Your subscription begins on the date of your initial purchase and renews automatically each month at the rate of $39.99 unless cancelled. A fresh scent refill is shipped to your address on file each month as part of your active subscription.
You may cancel at any time through your customer portal or by contacting us directly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
2. Free Diffuser & Early Cancellation Fee
The Aeren diffuser is provided at no upfront cost. It is yours to keep permanently once you have maintained an active subscription for 12 consecutive months. If you cancel before completing 12 months, a device recovery fee is charged to the card on file based on how many full months you have paid, according to the following schedule:

The fee is charged automatically at the time of cancellation to the payment method on file. No device return is required.
3. Device Warranty
Diffusers are provided as-is. If your device arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of activation and we’ll replace it at no cost. Outside that window, Aeren does not provide a device warranty; customers may start a new 12-month subscription to receive a new device.
4. Limitation of Liability
Aeren Air Collective's total liability under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the product or service.
5. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email address on file.
