By purchasing an Aeren Air Collective diffuser system or subscribing to our monthly scent refill service, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Monthly Scent Refill Subscription

The Aeren subscription is optional and includes one new scent refill delivered every month for $39.99. Your subscription begins on the date of your initial purchase and renews automatically each month at the rate of $39.99, starting one month after your purchase date.

Your first scent refill ships with your device. Monthly refills ship after that for as long as your subscription is active.

You may cancel at any time through your customer portal or by contacting us directly. Cancellation stops future charges and shipments immediately. There is no cancellation fee.

Founding member price lock: if you start your subscription on or before November 30, 2026 (Mountain Time), your monthly price stays $39.99 for as long as your subscription remains active. New subscribers after November 30, 2026 will be billed at the then-current rate.

2. Diffuser Purchase

The Aeren diffuser is purchased outright as part of your initial order for $199, which includes your first scent refill. The device is yours from the moment it ships. No return is required for any reason, including cancellation of your subscription.

Cancelling your subscription stops future monthly charges and scent shipments. It does not affect your ownership of the diffuser. No fee is charged at cancellation.

3. Other Purchase Options

The Diffuser Only option is a one-time purchase for $299 and includes the first scent refill. There is no subscription or recurring charge. The Scent Refill option is $49.99 per bottle, up to 6 bottles per order, free shipping, one time, with no subscription.

4. Promo Codes

Promotional codes apply to diffuser purchases only. Codes may not be applied to the monthly subscription charge or to individual scent refill purchases. One code may be used per order. Codes cannot be combined with each other or with any other offer. Codes have no cash value and are not transferable. Aeren Air Collective reserves the right to void a code or cancel an order if a code is misused, applied fraudulently, or used in violation of these terms.

5. Device Condition

Diffusers are provided as-is. If your device arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of activation and we will replace it at no cost. Outside that window, Aeren does not provide a device warranty; customers may contact us to purchase a replacement device.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aeren Air Collective’s total liability under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the product or service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email address on file.
